The biogas and bioethanol production company “Kurana” presented solutions to the problem of specific odors in the Pasvalis District Council. During the presentation, the politicians of the district admitted that after the company introduced a new technology, the unpleasant smell from “Kurana” does not come from “Kurana”, so now it is worth focusing on the solution of other odor sources that are annoying to the residents of Pasvalya.
On August 25, in the Pasvalis District Council, the General Director of “Kuranas” Jurgis Polujanskas introduced the Council members to the unpleasant odor removal solutions implemented in the company. After admitting that “Kurana” had long-standing conflict situations with the Pasvalis community due to the unpleasant smell coming from the company, the company manager emphasized that this sensitive problem was successfully solved this year.
After a long search for an effective solution to completely eliminate the unpleasant smell, Kurana has installed a modern Swedish air purification system, which includes an ultraviolet lamp unit and active carbon filters.
“We have been looking for this solution for a long time, until now the manufacturers of air cleaning systems have not dared to guarantee that they will be able to solve the problem of odors.
