The Kurana team joined hundreds of residents from Pasvalys and the surrounding district in the “Discoveries” parade, part of the town’s “Vys par to ãlo” festival. Employees presented three core values that reflect the company’s work and future direction: nature, progress and energy.

At this year’s parade, Kurana stood out with a united team and symbols capturing the essence of its work. Three key themes featured prominently on employees’ T-shirts and flags: Nature, representing soil, agriculture and sustainability; Progress, highlighting modern technology, innovation and advanced production; and Energy, reflecting bioethanol and biomethane production, as well as the company’s continued drive to move forward.

These values guide Kurana beyond the celebrations. The company continually invests in advanced technologies, renewable energy and sustainable solutions that create greater value for Lithuania’s energy sector and the Pasvalys region.

Kurana has been a participant in and supporter of the Pasvalys town festival for many years. The company values its role as an active member of the local community, both by creating jobs and investing in the region and by supporting initiatives that strengthen community spirit and local traditions.

This year, the “Vys par to ãlo” festival took place from 18 to 21 June. The four-day programme brought together cultural, sporting and community events, ranging from the 21st Pasvalys Marathon, the “Discoveries” parade and the Schoolchildren’s Song Festival to concerts, educational activities, a fair and other attractions for residents and visitors.

The “Discoveries” parade was one of the highlights of Saturday’s programme, bringing together local institutions, organisations, businesses and community groups in a shared celebration.
